Charging & Billing

You can make additional charges to your room throughout your stay and settle your account on departure. Please ensure you carry your registration card at all times to use this service. Please note that room bills will be emailed on the morning of departure. A printed bill can be collected from Reception if you prefer.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in is available from 3:00pm. We kindly ask guests to vacate their room by 11am on the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out is available for a surcharge of £30.00 each, please speak to a member of our Reservations team.

Dogs

We have always welcomed our four-legged friends and have Dog Friendly Rooms available. To ensure everyone has an enjoyable stay, we have just a few doggy rules to follow.

• You can bring a maximum of two dogs to stay with you, the hotel must be notified in advance.
• Your dog is welcome to stay in one of our designated dog-friendly bedrooms.
• Please be advised, dog food is not available at the hotel, owners must supply their own.
• Supplement charges apply of £20.00 per dog per night (guide/hearing/assistance dogs are exempt).
• When on site, dogs should remain on a lead at all times no longer than 2 metres in length.
• Dogs are not permitted on any of the beds or furniture.
• Any stains or damages must be paid for according to the cost of replacement or repair.
• Dogs cannot be left unsupervised or alone in any bedroom at any time or when using the spa.
• Owners are also responsible to limit any noise.
• Staff are not permitted to care for the dog (e.g.feeding or walking).
• Guests are asked to pick up deposits left immediately. Please use the bins provided around the grounds.
• Well behaved dogs are welcome in The View Restaurant and on the Terrace.
• Should you require a dog sitter, we recommend High Gro Kennels, approximately 5-minutes from the hotel.

Our Spa

Spa Opening Times

Nàdarra Spa is open from 6:15am – 8:00pm from Monday to Friday and 7:00am – 8:00pm on Saturday and Sunday. Treatments are available daily between 10:00am – 6:00pm.

All spa guests will be given an arrival time which will be confirmed upon booking. We politely ask that you arrive at your scheduled time to ensure we can offer you the best welcome possible. If you are booked for a treatment only, please allow sufficient time to complete a health consultation form. Please note that should you arrive late this may result in your treatment time being reduced and in some instances could result in your treatment being cancelled with a charge.

The Coniston Hotel Country Estate & Spa Residents

Some packages may include access to Nàdarra Spa - this will be clarified with you at the time of booking. However, if your package does not include this, and you wish to use the Spa during your stay, please see below supplement charges for a two hour spa session*:

Monday - Thursday

2-hr | £30.00 per person 4-hr | £50.00 per person

Friday - Sunday

2-hr | £40.00 per person 4-hr | £60.00 per person

Guests are advised to book access in advance to avoid disappointment. Times slots are available daily between 10:00am and 8:00pm. *Please be aware that additional charges to the above apply for use of the indoor and outdoor bath experiences, rasul and treatments. Children The spa and facilities are for strictly over 18's only.

Spa Etiquette

• Our spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquillity, therefore we kindly ask that all guests follow our spa etiquette below.
• Please ensure you shower before entering the pool and thermal suite.
• Please shower off spa products before using the facilities.
• Please consider other guests by keeping noise and mobile phone use to a minimum.
• Please place robes and towels on the hooks provided, keeping loungers free for all to enjoy.
• Strictly no glassware allowed in the spa area.
• Only alcohol purchased at the spa is permitted.
• Smoking cigarettes or e-cigarettes is not permitted inside the spa or within our outdoor thermal facility. Please use the designated areas.
• Swimwear must be worn at all times in our thermal areas.
• We accept no responsibility for loss of valuables and jewellery at any time on the premises.
• We advise you to leave any precious or sentimental items at home as small items are easily displaced when in a state of relaxation.

The View Restaurant: Surrounded by floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, The View is our flagship restaurant and is the perfect place to dine with the finest views to savour. Choose to breathe in the fresh Yorkshire air alfresco or cosy up next to our centrepiece open fire and enjoy the very best local produce and local landscapes.

Lunch: Wednesday – Sunday | 12:00pm – 2:30pm

Afternoon Tea: Wednesday – Sunday | 3:00pm – 5:00pm

Dinner: Monday – Sunday | 5:30pm – Late

Blossom Kitchen: Situated up at our Spa and proud of its landscape and location, Blossom Kitchen is a coming together of nature, nutrition, culture and cuisine. Making use of the wonderful local produce on our doorstep, fusing outstanding Yorkshire ingredients with an Asian flair. Blossom Kitchen excites the palette, is nutritionally balanced, with room to indulge!

Macleod’s Bar & Lounge: Relax and refresh in Macleod’s Bar & Lounge, boasting a well-stocked bar, a mouth-watering menu and the warm and welcoming atmosphere that The Coniston prides itself on. Cosy up with an afternoon coffee, chill out and cheer on your team watching live sport or indulge with a pre or post-dinner treat and tipple!

Dietary Requirements

If any of your party have dietary requirements please inform us at the time of booking and we will alert our kitchen teams who will do the utmost to cater to your needs.

Service Charge

A 10% service charge will be added to your bill. Please ask a member of the team if you would like this removing and we will gladly do so.
