Payment in full will be required upon booking.

Unless otherwise stated in your specific package Terms & Conditions, please ensure you provide at least 7 days’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointments, or 100% cancellation charges will apply. All major credit cards are accepted. If you are a resident of the hotel, your spa experiences can be charged to your room.

Please inform us at the time of booking of any health issues, medical conditions or allergies so that we can advise on treatments and recommend suitable therapies for you. Kindly also inform us if you are pregnant as this may affect your treatment choices. Our therapists will be able to advise you of the perfect treatments for your safety and comfort.
